Your 2 Day Trip Fes To Chefchaouen by departing Fes after breakfast and driving through the beautiful hilly terrains of the Rif mountains. You will feel as though you are in California’s wine region. Dinner and accommodation in a Riad in the Medina.
DAY 1 : FES – OUAZZANE – CHEFCHAOUEN (3 hours )
Start your 2 day trip from Fes to Chefchaouen by leaving Fes after breakfast and driving through the lush hilly terrains of the Rif mountains; you will feel like you’re in California’s wine country; arrive in Chechfchaouen, also known as the Blue city, by lunchtime; drop off your luggage at the Riad; and spend the afternoon exploring the fairy-tale village and its azure alleyways. Dinner and lodging inside the Medina at a Riad.
DAY 2 : CHEFCHAOUEN -VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FES ( 4 hour drive)
Following breakfast, depart Chefchaouen and explore the Roman remains at Volubilis and the ancient attractions of Meknes, one of the four imperial cities, en route to Fes. Agdal basins, colossal gates, royal tomb, historic jail, and royal stables are all deserving of a detour. Arrive in Fes by nightfall.
You may alternatively remain in Chefchaouen and leave after lunch to get in Fes in the late afternoon. Finish your 2-day trip from Fes to Chefchaouen.
